If you own a resort timeshare in Hawaii then you will be in a much better position to sell it because its value is perceived as being much higher. You will still have to pay the initial listing fee and perhaps wait for several months but the timeshare will sell much better that one bought on some obscure, yet beautiful island. So don't be too disappointed if you are having a hard time selling your time share.
